These terms govern the use of the tenflr.com website and Tenflr services. By using our services, you accept these terms.
Services
Tenflr provides a complete banking platform for financial institutions: digital customer experience (website and mobile app), banker environment, banking products and integrations. Access is subject to signing a licence agreement.
Responsibilities
Tenflr commits to maintaining platform availability in accordance with agreed SLAs. Client banks are responsible for using services in compliance with COBAC regulations.
Intellectual Property
The Tenflr platform, its algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of Tenflr Inc. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Tenflr shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from platform use. Our liability is limited to the amount of licence fees paid.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon.
